She was born on September 13, 1948, in Nacogdoches, Texas to the late Rufus Tobe and Mildred Ann (Lee) Watson. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Moore Cemetery with Bro. John McGuire officiating.
