He was born on March 24, 1953, in Houston, Texas to the late Ernest Franklin and Frankie Lee (Braley) Beard. Graveside service will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Cold Springs Cemetery. A private viewing will be held a hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
